David L. Moore is the President of D.L. Moore Builder, Inc. He is a Williamsburg native who has more than 30 years of experience in all phases of the building industry. An enthusiastic student from day one, David learned about building from the ground up. He started his career as a roofer before becoming a successful framer in 1980. Several years and many positions later, he finds himself to be one of Williamsburg's premiere builders. |

Carol A. Moore serves as the company's Vice-President and offers expertise in the area of interior design. Carol understands that design is what makes a house a home and she has centered her career around knowing what good design is. She has overseen many aspects of design from conception to completion for many custom homes in the Williamsburg area and understands the importance of integrating a client's personal style into every home. |
